Knowledge Hub: Training Your AI Agent

The Knowledge Hub is the central repository where you can upload bespoke data, images and media to train your Grevon AI Agent. By adding documents, written content, website URLs, and media, you give the agent the information it needs to answer guest questions accurately and confidently. This article walks through each of the four Knowledge Hub tabs and how to use them.


Overview: What Is the Knowledge Hub?

The Knowledge Hub is found in the left-hand navigation menu. It contains four tabs: Documents, Content, URLs, and Media. Each tab represents a different type of training material you can provide to the Grevon AI Agent. Everything you add here becomes searchable knowledge that the agent can draw from when answering guest enquiries.



Tips for Getting the Most from the Knowledge Hub

  • Use descriptive titles and descriptions for every entry. The more context you give, the better the AI Agent can understand when and how to use each piece of knowledge.

  • Use all four tabs together. Documents cover policies, Content covers bespoke knowledge, URLs keep your hotel website information current, and Media brings your property to life visually.

  • Keep your knowledge up to date. If your cancellation policy changes, your opening hours change, or you add a new amenity, update the relevant entry in the Knowledge Hub so the AI Agent always has accurate information.

Use the Search entries bar at the top of the Knowledge Hub to quickly find and manage existing entries across all tabs.
