Documents

The Documents tab allows you to upload existing files directly into the Knowledge Hub. This is the fastest way to get structured information — such as cancellation policies, welcome guides, rate sheets, or FAQs — into the system.

How to add a document:

  1. Navigate to Knowledge Hub in the left-hand menu and click the Documents tab.

  2. Click Add Document (top right or centre of the page).

  3. In the Add an entry panel that slides open, enter a Title (e.g. cancellation_policy_2024) and an optional Description to help the agent understand the context of the document.

  4. Drag and drop your file into the upload area, or click Browse files to select from your computer. Accepted formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, CSV, XLS, XLSX, PPTX.

Click Save. The document will be processed and added to your knowledge base.
