Connecting your PMS to Grevon AI is highly recommended. It allows the Grevon agent to surface live availability and rates, make real-time bookings, and pull property images, attributes, and returning-guest data — making it easier and more appealing for guests to book your property.
Make sure you have admin access to the Grevon Customer Dashboard, and have your PMS API credentials (e.g. Client ID, Client Secret, Agent ID, Agent Password) ready. You can usually obtain these from your PMS provider’s integration or developer settings.
Log in to the Grevon Customer Dashboard, open the Property menu, and select the property you want to connect.
On the property page, click the PMS tab, then click Connect PMS Integration.
Select your PMS provider from the PMS Provider dropdown.
Enter the API credentials provided by your PMS (e.g. Client ID, Client Secret, Agent ID, Agent Password), then click Save.
Click Test Connection to verify the integration is working. A success message confirms your PMS is connected. If the test fails, double-check your credentials and try again.
Below are some common questions about connecting your PMS. If your question isn’t answered here, please contact Grevon support.
Which PMS providers does Grevon AI support?
Check the PMS Provider dropdown in your dashboard for the current list of supported providers, or contact support if you can’t see yours.
Where do I find my PMS API credentials?
Your PMS provider issues these credentials, usually from their integration, API, or developer settings area. If you can’t locate them, contact your PMS provider directly.
What happens if the Test Connection fails?
Double-check that each credential is entered correctly and that your PMS account has the right permissions enabled. If it still fails, contact Grevon support with the error message shown.
How often does Grevon AI sync data from my PMS?
Once connected, Grevon AI syncs live availability, rates, and property data in near real-time so guests always see up-to-date information.
Can I disconnect or change my PMS connection later?
Yes — return to the PMS tab on your property page at any time to update credentials, change provider, or disconnect the integration.
