Content

The Content tab is where you write knowledge directly into the system using a built-in rich text editor. This is ideal for custom information that does not already exist as a file — such as local area guides, restaurant recommendations, house rules written in your own words, or answers to frequently asked questions.



How to add content:

  1. Click the Content tab in the Knowledge Hub.

  2. Click Add Content.

  3. In the Add an entry panel, fill in a Title and Description to give the agent context about what this content covers.

  4. Use the rich text editor in the Content field to write your information. You can apply headings, bold text, italics, lists, links, and more using the toolbar.

Click Save when complete. The content entry will appear in the Content tab list.
