RMS onboarding — connect your property to Grevon

This article outlines the steps required to integrate your account with RMScloud. Completing this integration establishes a secure, authenticated connection between the two systems and unlocks live, two-way access to the data held in your RMScloud property management system.

Once the integration is in place, you will be able to:

  • Pull live rates directly from RMScloud, ensuring pricing is always accurate and up to date.
  • Retrieve real-time availability across all of your properties and categories.
  • Access property attributes — including property-level configuration, locations, and metadata.
  • Access category attributes — including room or site types, descriptions, capacities, and other category-level details.

Please follow each step in the order presented. If you encounter an issue at any stage, refer to the troubleshooting section at the end of this article or contact the Grevon support team for assistance.
