The Subscription tab shows your current plan and everything related to billing — upgrades, add-ons, upcoming charges, and past invoices.
You'll find it under Settings → Subscription.
Managing the subscription is usually limited to administrators. Billing is handled securely through Stripe — your card details are never stored in the dashboard. |

Your current plan
At the top you'll see your plan name and a status badge (for example, Standard · Active), along with your billing summary — how many properties are covered, whether you're billed monthly or annually, and your next renewal date.
• Show plan details expands the full list of what's included in your plan.
• Manage subscription opens the secure Stripe billing portal, where you can update your payment method and billing details.
Change or upgrade your plan
Under Change plan, each available tier appears as a card with its price and features (for example, Staff Agent, Echo, Pro, Echo Pro, and bundles).
1. Compare the cards and find the plan that fits.
2. Click Choose plan on the one you want.
3. Switching is handled with automatic proration — you're only charged the difference for the rest of your billing period.
Add-ons
Add-ons bill on top of your plan. Some are fixed monthly (e.g. an extra agent), others are pay-as-you-go (e.g. additional message credits billed by usage). Active add-ons show an Active badge; click Cancel to remove one.
Invoices
• Next invoice shows your upcoming charge and a breakdown of its line items.
• Recent invoices lists past invoices with their status and amount. Click the download icon to save an invoice PDF, or View all to open your full billing history in the Stripe portal.
